Plan Review Information
Witkowski Inspection Agency is delegated to perform the following:
-Commercial Building (Structural and HVAC) Plan Review for All Commercial Buildings
-Commercial Fire Suppression & Fire Alarm for All Sizes
-Commercial Plumbing Plan Review
To submit for building plan review, complete and return application form SBD-118 along with appropriate payment to Witkowski Inspection Agency, LLC.
